Adiwach Panapongpaisarn

อดิวัชร์ พนาพงศ์ไพศาล

Asst. Prof. Adiwach Panapongpaisarn, M.F.A. (Music). is full-time faculty at Department of Music, Faculty of Humanities and Social Science, Chiang Rai Rajabhat University. He is the band director of CRRU Brass Project, which was established to develop students’ musical performance skills while good creating discipline and responsibility. 

Adiwach Graduated from the Department of music, Faculty of Humanities Kasetsart University. In April 2010 He completed Master of Art degree Program in Music (M.F.A. Music) from Rangsit University Conservatory of Music, Rangsit university. In additional, he studies trombone with Dr. Sean scot reed, Arunkorn Chaisubunkanok, Sittichai Ongsa-ard and Soraphot Worasaeng, and masterclass with Eric Lee, Mayumi Shimizu, Ronald Barron, Branimir Slokar, Dr. Tom Branley, Dr. Denson Paul Pollard and Dirk Amrein.

He had a chance for the time to take conducting class with Dr.Nipat Kanchanahut, Dr. Vanich Potavanich and Surapol Thanyawibool. He had masterclass with Prof. Dennis W. Fisher, Prof. Eugene M. Corporon, Dr. Andrew Trachsel, Dr. Amy Woody,  Jonathan Mann and observed many conducting workshops. 

He was invited to workshop from many bands in northern of Thailand to improved elementary and high school students’ basic and ensemble skills and coaching many schools ensemble for concert and competition.

Adiwach had opportunity to join many bands seminar and conference, for instance Thailand band director seminar 2016, Japan band clinic 2019, Midwest international band and orchestra conference 2022, Texas Bandmaster Association 2023 and UNT Conductor Collegium 2024.  

In additional, he written more article and research of wind band and flexible ensemble that are published in music journals, for instance “The Study of Appropriate melody of Lanna Folk Songs to Create the Basic Repertoire for Wind Band in Chiang Rai Province” published in Bansomdej Music Journal vol.1 (2019), “Relationship of 4 In Theory with the Corporon Conceptual Wind Band” published in Bansomdej Music Journal vol.1 (2021), “Lanna suite for Flexible ensemble” published in Rangsit Music Journal vol. 18 no.2 (2023). “The Development of Flexible Ensemble in Thailand” published in Rangsit Music Journal vol. 19 no.1 (2024).
